Whether through monetary gifts, gift cards, wine donations, or a select number of annual event sponsorships, we are committed to helping strengthen our community and contribute to meaningful causes. *Please note any requests for a donation for an event located out of North Carolina will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
To ensure a smooth application process, please review the following guidelines:
- Types of Donations: Rayson Winery and Vineyards offers monetary support, gift card donations, and a limited number of wine and event sponsorships annually.
- Required Documentation: All requests must include a cover letter on your organization’s official letterhead and your Tax ID information to verify non-profit status.
- Submission Timeline: A minimum of 30 Days Notice is required before your event to allow for processing and review.
- Form Completion: Please complete all fields in the request form. Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
- Response Time: Our team will review and respond to completed requests within 3–5 business days. Due to the volume of inquiries, we may not be able to fulfill every request.
