Nestled on a property graced by vines planted 23 years ago, we are a family-owned and veteran-owned establishment.
The name is derived from our two sons, Joey and Logan Ray, who are the children of JW and Kristen Ray, hence the name ‘Rayson.’
Our journey is rooted in a commitment to crafting wines that not only reflect the distinct terroir of our unique location but also celebrate the individual varietal characteristics of our grapes.

Wine Tastings
The tasting features a selection of 7 wines including whites, rosé, and reds.
Reservations are required for all wine tastings.
Please Note: Guided wine tastings typically last approximately one hour. If you plan to dine with us at Bistro Europa, we kindly ask that you allow sufficient time between your tasting and dining reservations to fully enjoy both experiences.
